Responsibilities
- You will lead the team responsible for the newly launched SaaS Insights product, define and execute its roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product growth.
- You will drive the strategy, design, and delivery of AI-powered product capabilities, leveraging agentic workflows and large language models (LLMs) to create differentiated, intelligent user experiences and automation at scale.
- You will partner with leaders across engineering, operations, product management, and other functions to make critical decisions on roadmap direction, customer feedback, and integration with the broader Illumio platform.
- Significant experience building and delivering scalable, cloud-native enterprise SaaS products and services. Proven track record of taking enterprise software products from inception through to successful customer delivery.
- Proven experience designing, building, and shipping AI-assisted products, with practical, real-world experience using large language models (LLMs) and agentic workflows to deliver customer-facing automation and innovation.
- Experience developing and supporting enterprise software in regulated environments (e.g., FedRAMP, PCI) is highly desired.

- As part of the technical leadership community at Illumio, you will play a critical role in product planning, working closely with senior executives to set business milestones, define resource requirements, and influence our long-term technical and business strategy.
- Experience managing 10+ full-time engineers in a global environment, with 10+ years in roles of increasing responsibility and technical leadership.
- Strong, hands-on experience with AI/ML system design and production deployment, including prompt engineering, data pipelines, observability, evaluation frameworks, and cost/performance/latency trade-offs in production LLM-powered applications.
