About the role
- As a Floating Community Leasing Associate, you'll be the face of Fairfield for prospective residents across multiple communities in the Houston, TX region.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and maintain resident retention.
- Manage lease files and system updates.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail required.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
Nice to have
- Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
- Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
Compensation
- Pay range is a calculation based on a midpoint price.
- Fairfield complies with all wage and hour laws, including minimum wage and salary exempt requirements.
