About the role
- Redstone Residential seeks hardworking and reliable temporary workers to assist with a variety of tasks based on the needs of each property.
- Temporary Turns Helpers may be assigned to groundskeeping, cleaning, driving, maintenance, cleaning checks, or other basic duties as assigned.
- This position requires adaptability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform assigned tasks such as groundskeeping, cleaning, maintenance, or other property-related duties
- Support maintenance team with repairs and unit turnovers as needed
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with residents and staff

Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
- Must be able to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver's license may be required for driving roles
- Drive company vehicles or equipment if required (subject to applicable licensing)
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety guidelines
Nice to have
- Prior experience in groundskeeping, cleaning, maintenance, or a related field is preferred but not required
Compensation
- $18.00 Per hour
