Responsibilities

- Build and identify a high-performing broker portfolio by executing targeted outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn InMails then onboarding them effectively, and supporting their long-term success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner brokers, providing proactive support, guidance, and expertise to help them win and retain customers.
- Support the pricing and contracting process, helping brokers structure competitive deals, gather customer information, and navigate supplier requirements.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicating with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.
- Identify new business opportunities within your assigned accounts, analyzing trends, uncovering growth potential, and contributing to revenue through partner success.
- Assist with special projects that enhance operational efficiency, improve partner experience, or support departmental initiatives.
- Become proficient with internal software tools and platforms, using them to streamline workflows, support brokers, and ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including operations, pricing, and supplier partners, to deliver a smooth experience from initial quote to completed contract.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, processes, and evolving business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with the ability to organize data, track activity, and support operational processes.
- Own the day-to-day management of your broker accounts, ensuring all tasks required to support, price, and close new business are completed accurately and on time.
- Develop a strong understanding of suppliers, products, pricing structures, and broker operations, becoming a trusted resource within the indirect sales channel.
Compensation
- Target of $55,000 + uncapped commissions
