Requirements
- Adherence to required dress code which includes uniform shirts, pants, and shoes (steel toe not required).
- Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as ear plugs, gloves, goggles, or other items designated for your workstation.
- English fluency required for effective communication and safety.
Nice to have
- Receive comprehensive training
- Operate wide variety of air and/or battery power tools, hand tools, computerized or mechanical equipment
- Work while walking, standing, reaching, bending, crouching, or kneeling for set periods of time
- Follow directions to work in a collaborative manner within designated timeframes
- Work in a fast-paced environment with machine sounds, noises and motorized equipment present.
- Operate finished production vehicles for testing (in some cases, not all)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Dependable and punctual attendance
