Requirements

  • Adherence to required dress code which includes uniform shirts, pants, and shoes (steel toe not required).
  • Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as ear plugs, gloves, goggles, or other items designated for your workstation.
  • English fluency required for effective communication and safety.

Nice to have

  • Receive comprehensive training
  • Operate wide variety of air and/or battery power tools, hand tools, computerized or mechanical equipment
  • Work while walking, standing, reaching, bending, crouching, or kneeling for set periods of time
  • Follow directions to work in a collaborative manner within designated timeframes
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with machine sounds, noises and motorized equipment present.
  • Operate finished production vehicles for testing (in some cases, not all)
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Dependable and punctual attendance
