Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspection and measurement of optical components
- May collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure parts meet rigorous standards
- Document processes, maintain accurate production records, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Manufacturing 2 years (Required)
Nice to have
- Operate machining equipment
- Experience working on a manufacturing floor
- 2-3 years of hands-on machining operating experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of basic manufacturing tools and machinery
- Familiarity with ultra-precision diamond turning equipment a plus
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing exceptional quality work
- A Can-Do attitude
