About the role

Assemble, integrate, and test satellite systems (mechanical, electrical, thermal)
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and integration issues

Loft is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Assembly, Integration & Test (AI&T) Technician to support the build-up and testing of spacecraft and flight hardware.
You'll collaborate with engineers and technicians to bring spacecraft from drawing to orbit - taking pride in both craftsmanship and ownership of our builds.
Follow detailed drawings and schematics to perform precise build-ups
Maintain lab cleanliness and hardware organization
Document test results, build logs, and non-conformances
Strong electrical or mechanical build experience (depending on position)
