About the role
- Assemble, integrate, and test satellite systems (mechanical, electrical, thermal)
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and integration issues
Responsibilities
- Loft is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Assembly, Integration & Test (AI&T) Technician to support the build-up and testing of spacecraft and flight hardware.
- You'll collaborate with engineers and technicians to bring spacecraft from drawing to orbit - taking pride in both craftsmanship and ownership of our builds.
- Follow detailed drawings and schematics to perform precise build-ups
- Maintain lab cleanliness and hardware organization
- Document test results, build logs, and non-conformances
- Strong electrical or mechanical build experience (depending on position)
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace, space, or high-tech manufacturing
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and assembly procedures
Skills
