About the role
- You will identify problems or bottlenecks in production processes and resolve issues.
- Second Shift approximate expected hours: Monday-Saturday, 2:30pm-12am with occasional Sunday's.
- The employee may occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Production Manager at our Indianapolis, IN bakery manufacturing plant, local producers of Marie Callendar pies, you will lead team members through the plant's process improvement opportunities and manage production team members to attain production and quality goals.
- Ensure production resources including materials, equipment and human resources are available to maintain production schedules.

Compensation
- Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000
- The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position.
- An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.
