About the role
- Pay Rate: $27.97 per hour plus Shift Differential: $1.50 per hour
- Shift & Working Hours: 4:45 PM to 5:15 AM; Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform testing, sampling, and maintain accurate records (process charts, sanitation logs)
- Support trials, troubleshooting, and experimental equipment when needed
- Maintain inventory and order ingredients
- Perform light maintenance and equipment care

- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
Nice to have
- $1500 - $250 paid after 30 days of employment. $500 paid after 6 months of employment. $750 paid after 12 months of employment.
- In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products.
- This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product.
- The Sybil Operator is responsible for all phases and operation of the Sybil Dept.

- $27.97 per hour plus
- 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Experience in high-speed or highly automated environments is a plus
