About the role
- Manager, Business Operations to work Hybrid in the UHealth Medical Campus.
- Recruits, trains and prepares performance reports for staff. - Establishes and continuously assesses the effectiveness of the internal controls within the unit and compliance with University policies and procedures.
- Ensures employees are trained on controls within the function and on University policy and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum 4 years of clinical relevant experience
Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
- Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
- Ability to effectively plan, delegate and/or supervise the work of others.
- Proficiency in computer software (i.e., Microsoft Office)
Compensation
- Develops and ensures adherence to the department's annual budget, in accordance with University guidelines and policies.
