Responsibilities
- Implement and follow established safety procedures when performing tasks and or working with equipment that could result in bodily injury.
- Participate in and develop on-the-job training programs for maintenance department personnel.
Requirements
- At least five (5) years of experience in facility maintenance and/or a professional painter in a commercial/industrial setting.
Skills
- Knowledgeable in safety regulations as they relate to physical plant maintenance and alterations.
