Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows to streamline IT processes such as system provisioning, access management, and monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design workflows that reduce manual effort and increase consistency.
Organize and manage multiple high-priority projects, adapting to meet deadlines and ensuring the timely completion of key tasks.
Attend training sessions to support your professional growth and development.

Graduates in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Business Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of personality types and work styles.
We're looking for someone who:
Has proven leadership experience in extracurricular activities or previous roles, demonstrating the ability to drive project success.
Has experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve efficiency, organization, and support
Is able to quickly switch contexts and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Has experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar). Exposure to workflow automation platforms or APIs (e.g., Google Workspace, Okta, or equivalent) is considered a plus.
Shows a passion for building, continuous improvement, and making a positive impact.
Demonstrates adaptability
flexibility to adjust to changing business requirements.
Embraces a growth mindset, continually seek learning opportunities, and proactively tackle challenges with creative solutions.
