Responsibilities
- Document thoroughly in the EMR and maintain clean, accurate patient files
- Respond to patient and provider inquiries with concierge‑level support
- Partner with providers to create seamless patient experiences
- Collaborate with clinical staff to keep care coordinated
- Support front office and MA workflows when the clinic needs an extra hand
- Maintain a patient‑first mindset while upholding clinic standards
- Bring warmth, clarity, and concierge‑level support to every patient interaction
Requirements
- Brooksville clinic (some local travel may be required to help cover other centers).

- 2+ years managing referrals from primary care to specialists
