About the role
- Assist in setup, operation, and monitoring of machines during production runs.
- Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain industrial machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform general labor tasks including loading/unloading materials, cleaning, and organizing the work area.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and repetitive movements.
- This role involves operating various machinery and performing general labor duties to support manufacturing and production processes.
- Although headquartered in Kaysville, Utah, we operate fixed site facilities in Utah, Wyoming, New Mexico, Texas, and Colorado that support construction sites throughout the U.S.
Requirements
- Willingness to adhere to safety standards and wear required personal protective equipment.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and any other required assessments.
Nice to have
- Previous experience operating machinery or working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Compensation
- $18 - $28 per hour, depending on experience Location: Plymouth, UT Great Basin Industrial is seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer / Machine Operator to join our team.
