About the role

You will focus on legal research and compliance, including US and international regulatory developments that affect our operations and that of our customers.
You will also contribute to our legal operations efficiency by using, implementing and improving tools/processes for research, contract management and legal education.
This blend of paralegal and legal ops responsibilities requires an ambitious and innovative individual who is skilled and efficient in research and reporting, comprehensive when generating work product and motivated to understand the law.

Reporting to our General Counsel, you will work closely with our in-house lawyers to ensure they maintain strong visibility into changes in the law and can efficiently proliferate guidance throughout the organization.

You have a Bachelor's degree
You have excellent reading comprehension, analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills
You have a strong desire to understand laws and regulations
You have demonstrated success in a competitive environment
You are a strong team player, but can work and execute independently
that's just who you are
You are hungry to learn and you actively look for opportunities to contribute
You are highly organized and detail-oriented
you can handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat

The current expected base salary for this position ranges from $50,000 - $70,000.
Actual compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work
