About the role

Ensures team adherence to company quality standards, timely product completion, and adherence to design specifications.
Supervises inspection and testing personnel to maintain standards and productivity.
Supervise quality assurance technicians to ensure accurate documentation, support, and quality management.
Collaborate with production, manufacturing engineers, and engineering to document processes, clarify responsibilities, identify improvements, and maintain AAON quality standards.

A minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience is required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Provides final approval for quality team leaders who completed required training, reporting to HR and Production.

Experience in Quality, ASQ Certification, ISO, Lean, Statistical Process Control, and Continuous Improvement methodologies preferred.
Proficiency in Word and Excel required
experience with Publisher, Visio, and PowerBi preferred.

Strong leadership and managerial abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of quality assurance principles and methodologies
Proficiency in Word and Excel required; experience with Publisher, Visio, and PowerBi preferred.

Conducts meetings with internal and external suppliers and customers to review quality findings, traveling as needed.
