About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensures team adherence to company quality standards, timely product completion, and adherence to design specifications.
- Supervises inspection and testing personnel to maintain standards and productivity.
- Supervise quality assurance technicians to ensure accurate documentation, support, and quality management.
- Collaborate with production, manufacturing engineers, and engineering to document processes, clarify responsibilities, identify improvements, and maintain AAON quality standards.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience is required.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Provides final approval for quality team leaders who completed required training, reporting to HR and Production.
Nice to have
- Experience in Quality, ASQ Certification, ISO, Lean, Statistical Process Control, and Continuous Improvement methodologies preferred.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel required
- experience with Publisher, Visio, and PowerBi preferred.
