About the role

  • This role reports to the VP, Head of Solutions Engineering About the role Solutions Engineers at zerohash sit at the intersection of technology, markets, and customer engagement.
  • This is a highly customer-facing role.
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, from evaluation through production launch.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Requirements 3-5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
  • Experience supporting brokerage, trading, exchange, market infrastructure, or crypto infrastructure products.
  • Experience with FIX protocol and FIX-based integrations.
