About the role

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end architecture of our React/Next.js frontend and Node.js/GraphQL microservices.
- Drive initiatives to optimize Core Web Vitals and SSR strategies.
- As a Staff Engineer, you won't just write code; you will define the technical standards for how we deliver search results at scale.
- You will balance hands-on development with high-level system design, ensuring our frontend and backend systems are resilient, performant, and SEO-dominant.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience (8+ in modern stacks) with a deep focus on SEO-friendly React architectures and distributed systems.
