Responsibilities
- Today, Charleys and our franchisee partners employ 10,000 people in 45 U.S. states and 15 countries around the world.
- Performs all duties in the Basic Stations (cashier, prep, grill, topping, etc) as needed and depending on store volume, during a shift to ensure that preparation, temperature, packaging, appearance, presentation, taste and service of all menu items meet operational standards.
- Performs effectively and safely in an environment where there is constant change and minimal direct supervision.
