Responsibilities
- Educate providers on appropriate clinical use, patient access pathways, and care coordination support
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive referral growth and market access
- A passion for relationship‑based selling that delivers real clinical value
- Supports providers with a reliable, high‑touch infusion partner
- Drives sustainable growth in a clinician‑led organization focused on outcomes
- We partner closely with providers and clinical teams to ensure patients can access complex therapies with clarity, confidence, and continuity of care.
Requirements
- Comfort operating independently in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Proven, consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales goals year over year
- Ability to demonstrate performance metrics such as quota attainment, territory growth, or referral volume
- The physical demands described here represent those required for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
- The employee may also be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

- Participate annually in required legal and ethical compliance training
Nice to have
- Experience with infusion therapy, specialty biologics, immunology, oncology, neurology, or gastroenterology
- Experience working with EMRs, CRM platforms, and care coordination teams
- Prior success launching or expanding a territory in a growth‑stage organization

Compensation
- $80,000-$110,000 base salary (depending on experience)
