About the role
- The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for completing work order requests, which may require patching of drywall, basic electrical, basic appliance repair, plumbing and grounds keeping duties.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused.

Requirements
- Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
- Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
- Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
- Reliable transportation is a MUST!
- Availability to work on-call rotation.
- Compensation and Benefits
- $24-26/hour DOE
- Monthly bonuses
