Responsibilities

- This role supports field operations by ensuring our fleet and equipment remain safe, reliable, and job-ready.
- Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on trucks, striping machines, and related equipment Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records Work closely with operations to minimize equipment downtime Keep a clean, organized, and orderly shop and work area at all times
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience maintaining and repairing diesel trucks, striping equipment, small engines, and hydraulic systems.
