- This role is responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring invoices are processed accurately, paid on time, and properly recorded in the general ledger.
- By ensuring reliable and efficient payable operations, this position plays a critical role in the organization's financial integrity, cash flow management, and overall operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage all payables and keep vendor accounts in good standing.
- Match PO, Invoice, and receiving documents to prevent over-payment.
- Create Journal Entries each month for credit card expense processing and accruals.
Requirements
- Work in conjunction with purchasing and receiving to improve and streamline payable functions and ensure required documentation is in place prior to payment.
- Obtain required documentation on all new vendors for issuance of 1099 (e.g. correct address and Tax ID).

Skills
- This position reports to the Sr.
- Supervisor of Accounts Payable, and is based onsite at our Irvine, CA office.
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $27.00 - $30.00
- The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

- Pay invoices on a timely basis, taking early payment terms where possible and ensuring accurate posting date and due dates.
