Responsibilities
- Typically manages multiple teams that are led by experienced managers
- Owns short to mid-term strategy execution and operational direction of the [XX] team in alignment with the ConnectWise objectives
- Leads and prioritizes the daily activities of the team
- Manages, mentors, and coaches to develop a collaborative and dynamic team
- Coordinates cross-functional communication to align on initiatives and strategies to drive efficiency
- Develops and maintains the marketing technology stack and ensures appropriate integration with sales automation te4chnologies and processes
- Researches and onboards 3rd party technologies that will improve the optimal project management methodologies that support collaboration and efficiency
- Collaborates with the Legal team with respect to marketing-relevant regulations to ensure departmental compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the organization's workflow planning efforts
- Identifies inefficiencies and shortcomings and drives efforts for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent business experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- 6+ years of managerial experience
- Experience with Marketing automation, CRM, BI, and or AI systems
- 0-10% travel may be required
