About the role
- The Process Quality Technician IV plays a critical role in ensuring product quality and process effectiveness within the manufacturing environment.
- This role combines advanced metrology, laboratory testing, and process quality expertise with strong cross-functional collaboration to enhance production performance and ensure compliance with quality standards such as AS9100.
Responsibilities
- Manage disposition of non-conforming material, including repair, inspection, and release to production
- Lead internal quality audits for existing and new production processes
- Conduct root cause analysis on non-conforming products and implement corrective actions
- Recommend and lead process improvement initiatives based on data and quality findings
- Document and standardize process improvements to ensure consistency and compliance
- Prepare samples and perform metrology and laboratory testing (mechanical, dimensional, magnetic)
- Support product development efforts related to measurement methods and dimensional requirements

Requirements
- High School diploma required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality, manufacturing, or laboratory environments
- Familiarity with AS9100 or similar quality management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex and unique production issues
- Prepare customer-required dimensional reports in compliance with AS9100 or similar standards
Nice to have
- Experience with metrology and laboratory equipment (CMM preferred)
