About the role

  • Utilize data from invoices, timecards, KPI reports, and job performance metrics to review and provide constructive feedback.
  • Schedule, prepare, and conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns requiring management involvement.

Responsibilities

  • Support technicians in achieving both professional and personal growth.
  • Lead training sessions and facilitate technician ride-alongs.
  • Work closely with sales and the HVAC project manager to optimize business success.
  • Jump in and assist with service calls as needed to support the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years in a leadership role within the HVAC industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC products and services.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in a Lead Installer or Service Technician role within the HVAC industry.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a team toward achieving company goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to follow-through.
  • A team-first mindset, prioritizing collective success over individual achievements.
  • High integrity, passion for the Electric Air brand, and a positive attitude.
