Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, organized, and auditable financial records in compliance with company policies and standard accounting practices.
- Prepare and post journal entries to support timely month-end close.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes by preparing schedules, reports, and documentation as needed.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts, including assets and liabilities, in accordance with closing deadlines.
- Maintain the monthly AR aging report and proactively manage outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate and complete client files, ensuring accurate billing and timely payment.
- Support accounting system upgrades or transitions, with a focus on AR/AP process improvements and efficiency.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable/payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to communicate diplomatically and professionally.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.

Nice to have
- Experience with NetSuite, AvidXchange, Expensify, WellSky and StoriiCare is preferred.
Compensation
- Range: $79,000- $83,000/annual
- This amount is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific employee, which is always dependent on actual experience, education and other factor
- This range does not include any additional equity, benefits, or other non-monetary compensation which may be included.
- Assist with annual audits by providing necessary support and responding to audit requests.
