About the role

Under the general supervision of the Dietary Manager and the Cook, the Dietary Aide/Dishwasher helps prepare the residents' drinks and doctor-ordered snacks and helps set up trays for meals.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within our kitchen environment.

Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment promptly and efficiently to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to support smooth and efficient operations.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive and respectful work environment.

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to read and write, make simple calculations, and follow oral and written directions.
Must be able to lift 10 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as opportunities arise.
