Job Description: Turning Point USA is seeking a highly skilled, professional, and motivated individual to assist in one of the nation's largest and most innovative issue advocacy field operations.

The College Field Representative is responsible for working specifically with Turning Point USA student groups to launch new chapters, maintain established chapters, organize daily campus initiatives, recruit new students, help students register to vote, and develop strong networks throughout their assigned territory.

A strong representative of the TPUSA brand Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various groups of people.
Knowledge of project management software (Google Apps, Airtable, HubSpot).
Proficiency with social media platforms (X, Instagram, and Facebook).
Proven leadership development.
Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs.

Employees are required to have a valid driver's license, a reliable mode of transportation, and proof of insurance when applicable.
