About the role

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced operations, enjoys driving continuous improvement, and is looking to grow your leadership career?
Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility.
Work with Operations leadership to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to achieve operational goals.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Plan daily labor and resources to support operational demands.
Support incident investigations and corrective actions when needed.
Experience leading teams through change with a strong cultural fit-adaptable, open to feedback, and able to support evolving processes and expectations.
Demonstrated ability to develop teams at depth (not just oversight, but hands-on leadership and coaching).
Lineage is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team within our temperature-controlled warehouse operation.

Requirements

Strong track record of managing KPIs, driving shift performance, and achieving operational goals.
Experience implementing improvements or driving operational efficiencies.
