About the role
- Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced operations, enjoys driving continuous improvement, and is looking to grow your leadership career?
- Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility.
- Work with Operations leadership to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to achieve operational goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Plan daily labor and resources to support operational demands.
- Support incident investigations and corrective actions when needed.
- Experience leading teams through change with a strong cultural fit-adaptable, open to feedback, and able to support evolving processes and expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop teams at depth (not just oversight, but hands-on leadership and coaching).
- Lineage is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team within our temperature-controlled warehouse operation.

Requirements
- Strong track record of managing KPIs, driving shift performance, and achieving operational goals.
- Experience implementing improvements or driving operational efficiencies.
