About the role

Using discretion and judgment, this position will assist the business unit in the development and implementation of solutions to stated business strategies.
In this role, evaluate and prioritize projects as assigned.

Serve as department project lead for large and/or interdepartmental projects in conjunction with others. Prepare and review project documentation including design, project tracking, and implementation. Perform analysis and implements process solutions.
Proven analytical skills, demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, and develop solutions to meet business needs.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business or project management.
Minimum 5-6 years' experience with vendor product and applications.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative to coordinate resources and communicate with others both orally and in writing.
Demonstrated experience with project management and implementation of application enhancement life cycles.
Proven ability to multitask and meet stated deliverable deadlines.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
Experience utilizing Mutual Fund Transfer Agency systems
Provide statistical reporting across the firm as required.

MFS contributes an amount equal to 15% of your base salary to your retirement account that is separate from the company -sponsored 401(k)
$79,000.00 - $113,000.00This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.

For that reason, we're including the salary range for this position.
This range reflects our good-faith expectation for what we'll pay depending on the candidate's experience, training and education.
In addition to the salary, we also offer significant and competitive incentive compensation based on both individual and company performance.
