About the role

This role will work in close partnership with the Senior Paid Digital Marketing Manager and will be deeply involved in the day-to-day management, optimization, and scaling of paid media campaigns.
This role is ideal for a strong executor who is detail-oriented, analytically minded, and eager to grow into greater ownership.
This role will have meaningful ownership over execution and optimization, with pathways to increased responsibility over time.

Collaborate closely with the Senior Paid Digital Marketing Manager to implement broader paid media strategies and campaigns.
Execute and manage day-to-day paid digital marketing campaigns across paid search (SEM), paid social, video, display, and retargeting channels.
Build, launch, and optimize campaigns within platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, MNTN, and affiliate platforms.
Support A/B and multivariate testing initiatives for ad creative, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
Manage affiliate relationships, including onboarding, tracking performance, ensuring compliance, and optimizing partner output.

2-4 years of hands-on experience executing acquisition and brand awareness paid digital marketing campaigns.
Strong working knowledge of core paid media metrics including CTR, CVR, CPA, CAC, and ROAS.
Experience supporting budget management and pacing across multiple channels.
Experience supporting A/B testing and performance optimization efforts.

Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Power BI, or platform-native reporting.
