About the role

Requirements
- The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on experience maintaining and optimizing Bitcoin mining hardware and infrastructure.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Bitcoin mining site operations or similar high-density data environments.
- Strong understanding of ASIC miner architecture, firmware, and diagnostics.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addressing, switches, monitoring tools).
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and electrical schematics.
