About the role
- We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our tactical operations on the MPI team.
- As a Tactical Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of payment operations, working closely with our partner banks, and providing exceptional support to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage fund transfers between accounts, including ACH and wire activity with partner banks
- Research and resolve failed transactions, and manage refunds and reissues
- Provide support for MPI payment reporting and customer-level payment validation
- Support client reconciliation process and manage client escalations and reporting requests
- General skillset to perform/navigate on Microsoft

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or related field
- For non-college graduates, a minimum of two years of experience working in payment/banking operations
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while successfully meeting established goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Excel
