Develop solutions to the scale, performance, and resilience challenges involved with protecting an exponentially growing data tier serving tens of millions of requests per second.
Partner with client teams to understand their traffic patterns and provide guidance on effective caching strategies.
Deliver high technical excellence in operating our production-critical services and identify opportunities to continually improve their reliability.
Collaborate with team members on technical design and architecture decisions to help shape the team's technical direction.
You will have a unique opportunity to help design and build our next-gen caching architecture, owning critical initiatives that improve the performance, scale, and reliability of our services.
You will also partner with engineering teams across the organization to understand their needs and drive architectural improvements towards the usability and impact of our platform.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field
3+ years of professional software development experience
Strong understanding of common algorithms, data structures, and code design principles
Experience with JVM-based languages such as Java and Scala
Familiarity with caching solutions such as Memcached and Redis
