About the role

  • Responsible for analyzing business performance, preparing financial models, and communicating results to leadership while driving process improvements and maintaining strong financial controls.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain allocation methodologies and cost drivers.
  • Perform recurring and ad hoc financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  • We help educators identify their financial goals and develop plans to achieve them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of finance, accounting, FP&A, or related experience.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency with financial systems and tools, including Excel and planning/reporting applications.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to leadership.

Compensation

  • $66,500.00 - $92,000.00
  • Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
