Responsibilities
- Foster a customer-focused, collaborative culture to drive innovation and product value
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating customer and market needs into actionable features
- Build and communicate a data-driven roadmap based on market trends, competition, and customer feedback
- Partner closely with energy trading teams and market participants to understand day-to-day workflows (e.g., bidding, hedging, portfolio optimization) and translate them into product features
- Embed key market drivers such as LMP pricing, congestion, fuel costs, and hedging strategies into product capabilities to support real-time trading and risk decisions
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategy and positioning
- Work with customer success to drive adoption, satisfaction, and expansion
- Monitor product performance, usage metrics (onboarding, time-to-value, NPS), and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Support revenue growth by aligning product strategy with commercial opportunities
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and rapport across teams and clients
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in the energy or utilities industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with high proficiency in data interpretation and problem-solving
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, for analysis, reporting, and executive presentations
