About the role

Responsibilities
- Support production by being a QA presence at production lines.
- Provide support for lab operations.
- Perform destructive and non-destructive testing.
- Collaborate with management and engineering on standards.
- Support Tier One Problem Solving utilizing QC Tools (i.e., fishbone, 5 Why, etc.).
- Conduct and document production audits.
- Maintain a quality presence in production areas.
- Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned.
- Support daily Tier 1 meetings to department as needed.
- Support Training of new hires on critical to Quality in-process checks, Quality related procedures and gaging.
