About the role

Under the direction of the camp ("Village") dean, counselors teach the target language and culture to summer camp participants.
We have a variety of positions involving different levels of leadership including senior counselors and junior counselors.
This opportunity is for you if you love being outdoors, making friends from all over the world, and working with children.

Lead games, Cabin Council and other activities to create a cabin community.
Ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional relationships.
Ability to exercise good judgment and manage your own needs in order to maintain a youth-centered program.
Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with individuals and groups in respecting social and cultural diversity and to maintain appropriate boundaries.

Model standards for behavior and be sensitive to the health and welfare of the villagers.
