- Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Assistant Project Manager!

Responsibilities
- Steward brand, design and creative strategy on packaging design projects for the Ocean Spray US business.
- Manage timing, deliverables and cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with the Director of Brand Design & Creative Operations to improve design ways of working.
- Proactively build relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging design projects are on schedule.
- Ability to maintain efficient and effective relationships with internal teams and external agencies.
- Initiate continuous improvement of brand and design strategy processes.
- Contribute to building a sense of purpose and team culture for the Brand Elevation team within Ocean Spray
- Plan and manage resources throughout the lifecycle of a project.
- Comfortable working with designers, production and printing, marketing teams, technical subject matter experts, and agency partners
- Exceptional strategic and creative design sensibilities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in packaging design project management.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)
- At least 3 Years of Experience
Nice to have
- Background in CPG is a plus
Compensation
- $71,500 - $89,400
- The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position's typical hiring range.
- Certain positions may be eligible for short-term and long-term incentive rewards.
