About the role
- In conjunction with the Operations Manager, the Guest Services Supervisor oversees all front of house, guest services, and security efforts as they relate to the facility and surrounding grounds.
- Also coordinates and supervises specific event-related guest services and security on an as needed basis.
- Assist with budget preparation and track budget allocation throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the Operations Manager, plan, organize, manage and guide various personnel and activities necessary to establish a safe and efficient environment.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with crowd management contractor, police, fire, EMS and other security personnel and/or safety organizations.
- Prepare payroll, maintain records and compile reports for management on a periodic basis.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and two (2) years related experience and/or training

Compensation
- Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
- $30.25 -32 per hour
