This role also serves as a key point of contact for questions related to order entry, operations, and logistics, ensuring escalations are handled professionally and efficiently.
Additionally, you will track and report KPIs, identify operational deficiencies, and help improve processes that strengthen performance and reliability across the department.

In this position, you will leverage multiple systems to generate reports and insights that support the management of logistics operations and international planning.
Create and maintain all digital ISO and process documentation for the International Planning Group/Transportation.
Create/maintain reports and data as needed utilizing Excel, OBI and Oracle.
Manage time sensitive tasks. (QA holds, Item changes, Date moves, ATO scheduling)
Maintain and improve the Latin America Order Form

You will collaborate across teams within the Logistics and Operations organization while developing a strong understanding of logistics and export processes.
Associate Degree or 2+ years Logistics / Exports / Supply Chain
Advanced Level in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PP) required
