  • The Senior Process Analyst Engineer will plan and lead process improvement projects within the operations organization to reduce variation and non-conformances to ensure customer satisfaction is being upheld. This individual will lead enhancements to ensure standard procedures are planned in the most efficient and effective manner and will ensure that

Responsibilities

  • Develops policies, procedures and methods to measure, evaluate and improve the quality of products and services
  • Perform internal audits of projects to ensure that fulfillment processes and procedures are adhered to, provide findings and recommendations to management team, and coordinate resolution activities
  • Identify, develop and implement continuous process improvement projects
  • Support multiple projects, balancing priorities and resources to meet project and management expectations
  • Assist in business process improvements, process re-engineering and process design to achieve business goals
  • Create, update, review and gain approval of documentation for new and existing business processes
  • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to successfully execute business projects
  • Assist in business process improvements, process re-engineering and process design to achieve business goals; Assist in development and implementation of business plan and initiatives
  • Monitor complex projects and prepare cost effective business cases; Support development of training materials and technical documents
  • Create process maps and develop procedures for critical business processes.

  • A successful candidate is a skilled problem solver, process disciplined, data-driven, and has a track record of using data to influence successful business decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, etc.)
  • 4+ years of professional experience in a quality/industrial engineering/process improvement role
  • 3+ years experience in business process improvement using Lean/Six Sigma
  • Evaluate project plans and identify change initiatives required for successful project execution
  • Experience with cross-functional teams
