About the role

Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping processes in accordance with established procedures.
Analyze inventory data using Microsoft Excel to identify discrepancies, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Ensures inventory transactions, material locations, and process order data are accurate in SAP and aligned with eDHR.

Coordinates timely and accurate inventory transactions to maintain inventory integrity.
Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
Partner with cross‑functional teams including Production, Purchasing, and Logistics to improve inventory flow and processes.
Performs daily cycle counts and investigates inventory discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce inventory waste, obsolescence, and shrinkage.
Provide guidance and support to team members on inventory control best practices; may assist in leading daily activities.
Performs inventory control, shipping, and receiving activities to ensure the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of materials throughout the site.

Experience with SAP MRP systems required.
