About the role

  • This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, hands-on skills instruction, supporting student remediation, and ensuring strong clinical and certification outcomes.
  • This full-time, travel-based role reports into the Program Director, Surgical Services.
  • This includes flights, transportation, and hotel accommodations.

Responsibilities

  • Document student progress and report clinical outcomes.
  • Represent Stepful on client and partner calls, supporting our solutions team with implementation.
  • Provide insights to enhance the student and partner experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience teaching Surgical Technology in a lab or school setting
  • Stepful will cover reasonable travel expenses required for the role.
  • All travel-related expenses must be pre-approved by the employee's manager and comply with the Company's travel policy.

Compensation

  • The target base salary range for this opportunity is $80,000 - $95,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits.
  • Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations.
