About the role

  • This person will be traveling to jobsites in Broken Arrow, OK.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a crew of construction workers, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress
  • Develop and maintain relationships with crew members and subcontractors to ensure that they are aware of project schedules and deadlines
  • Manage project resources, including materials and equipment, to ensure that they are used efficiently and effectively
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team

Requirements

  • 5+ years of heavy civil underground utility construction experience, including water, sewer, and storm drainage installation
  • Previous experience in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze project data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Must be willing to travel to project sites in and around Broken Arrow, OK
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and hands-on experience in underground wet utility installation and maintenance.

Nice to have

  • some college coursework or vocational training preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with government contracts and compliance is a plus
