Company info
- Perform day-to-day cloud engineering tasks such as provisioning of azure hub and spoke networks, compute, storage using IaC; administrate identity and access, support third party tool integrations to Azure, build automation, and other cloud engineering tasks at the base infrastructure level.
- Participate in technical architecture discussions with enterprise and domain architects and other IT team members as appropriate to help design and build modern cloud solutions.
- Responsible for monitoring the health and performance of the Company's cloud and on-prem platforms, applications, and services
- Implement and maintain proper security levels for Company systems and cloud-based applications according to company security policies
- Work with Product Owners and other business team members to help empower their digital transformation goals and provide resource deployment orchestration, automation, and configuration expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years related work experience in Azure infrastructure
- IaC (Infrastructure as Code) - preferably Bicep, ARM Templates (JSON) / CLI, Powershell
- DevOps pipelines experience (CI/CD)
- Someone who is self-motivated and works independently and as part of a team
- Someone who communicates with explanation, discussion, problem solving and considerable tact
- Someone who is a continuous learner with a passion for creative problem solving
