Responsibilities
- Guide surgeons, staff, and sales teams through the implementation process, from solution design to execution and customer success monitoring.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and customer contacts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve implementation goals, ensuring thorough documentation and seamless product adoption.
- Lead the implementation of IT connectivity solutions for workflow needs, focusing on imaging and scheduling.
- Manage escalation, decision tracking, and resolution of technical implementation risks or challenges.
- Maintain consistent communication and reporting to stakeholders, including updates on scope changes, schedule changes, milestone achievements, and routine status updates.
- Platforms such as AiBLE™ connect these technologies to enhance surgical precision, streamline workflows, and support improved patient outcomes across the globe.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience, OR
- Advance degree with 0 years of experience

- Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Nice to have
- Experience communicating verbally and in writing cross functionally with diverse stakeholders (i.e., operational, clinical, technical, sales).
- Experience with MS Excel or other data analysis or programming tools.
- Technical expertise in PACS/EMR integrations, secure file transfer protocols, and IT processes (i.e., infrastructure, software, networking, systems implementation).
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
