About the role
- We are seeking a Business Development Manager - Coating, Painting & Construction Chemicals to oversee and expand sales operations in United States.
- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the sale and application of HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP products, with a strong track record in client relationship management and market development within the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for chemical products including HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in coatings, painting, putty, tile adhesives, and mortar industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive regional revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure sales strategies are aligned with broader business goals.
- With a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and operational efficiency, we deliver customized formulations that enhance productivity, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Our commitment to technical excellence and customer satisfaction drives continuous improvement and value creation across the industries we serve.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Master Degrees preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales of coating, painting, and construction chemicals.
- Proven success managing key accounts and distributors.
- In-depth knowledge of cellulose ethers (HEC, MHEC, HPMC) and RDP products.
- MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN US.
