This position is responsible for the everyday maintenance of our campus buildings to ensure a pleasant positive experience for students, staff and visitors.

These services include but are not limited to painting, carpentry, drywall, roofing, concrete and block repair, widow repair, doors and locks, moves, event support and any other tasks designated by the Physical Plant Administrative staff.
Use aerial lifts, forklifts and other maintenance equipment safely to maintain campus buildings.

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot advanced levels of maintenance issues, extensive general overall maintenance experience.
Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
Demonstrate the experience with aerial lifts to perform job duties and acquire licenses as required for the maintenance position.
PA background check, pre-placement physical, and drug screening are required.

Operate power tools safely and efficiently.
Respond to storm related needs for the campuses including but not limited to power outages, snow, storm damage etc.
Perform any related duties as directed.
